The first phase of The Wharf Town in Arendal is a composition of diverse house types. The boat houses, lighthouses, harbor houses, and cozy homes have sunny terraces, bathing bridges, and boat space right outside the front door. The town is surrounded by a harbor and fjord, which inspires a rich variety of urban spaces where the connection between inside and outside drives the design of beautiful, functional, and solid architecture. The intertwined nature and housing, which includes a beach and nature park, is used as a framework for great city life.
