It is an open, robust and flexible framework designed and built with the highest level of sustainable responsibility for the future development of cultural and city life in Tartu. It is designed as a beautiful green sculpture and as a performing destination sending out good vibes that inviting everybody to visit learn, study, investigate, understand and participate.
